Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your registration, please review our cancellation policy below for details on refunds and rescheduling.
Refund Policy:
At K&M Hockey Development, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have crafted the following refund policy to address such situations:
Camps:
- 100% Refund 30 Days Prior to Camp: Customers who cancel their registration at least 30 days before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund of their payment. We appreciate your advance notice and understanding.
- 50% Refund 15 Days Prior to Camp: For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the camp start date, customers are entitled to receive a 50% refund of their payment.
- No Refund Within 15 Days of Camp: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of the camp start date due to the high demand for our camps and associated planning challenges.

Individual Skates:
- 100% Refund 48 Hours Prior to Skate: Customers who cancel their registration at least 48 hours before a scheduled skate are eligible for a full refund of their payment.
- 50% Refund 24 Hours Prior to Skate: For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled skate, customers will receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund Within 24 Hours of Skate: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled skate are not eligible for refunds.
Please note:
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to kmhockeydevelopment@gmail.com.
- Refunds will be issued within 2 days from the date of cancellation approval.
