As athletes transition into U15 hockey, body checking becomes a key part of the game—and proper technique, safety, and confidence are crucial.

Our U15 Body Checking Clinic is designed to give players the foundation they need to safely and effectively incorporate body contact into their play. Whether they're brand new to checking or looking to sharpen their skills, this clinic will prepare them mentally and physically for the next stage of competitive hockey.

What We Cover:

  • Intro to Body Contact: Understanding angles, positioning, and safe play

  • Proper Checking Technique: How to give and receive checks safely

  • Confidence in Contact: Build awareness and reduce fear

  • Game-Like Scenarios: On-ice drills that translate to real game situations

  • Injury Prevention: Teaching safe habits that protect the player and others

  • Players looking to boost confidence in physical gameplay

  • Athletes wanting to stay competitive and safe on the ice

Each week cost $165.00 Plus GST. 

All skates will be held at Bob Snodgrass Rec Center in High River 

Each skate is one hour 

Each skate will be capped at 22 skaters
