1. Cancellation/Refund policy 

Refund Policy:

At K&M Hockey Development, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have crafted the following refund policy to address such situations: 100% Refund 30 Days Prior to Ice Time: Customers who cancel their reservation or registration at least 30 days prior to the scheduled ice time are eligible for a full refund of their payment. We value your commitment and understanding in notifying us in advance. 50% Refund 15 Days Prior to Ice Time: For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled ice time, customers are entitled to receive a 50% refund of their payment. This partial refund reflects our commitment to fairness while also accounting for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation. No Refunds Within 15 Days of Ice Time: Regrettably, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled ice time. This policy is in place due to the high demand for our camps and the logistical challenges associated with last-minute cancellations.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [Contact Information].

2. Payment Types 

K&M accepts all major credit cards through square up as well as Etransfers and cash payments.
