Small Group Classes

We offer structured classes designed for different ages and development needs:


  • Team Bookings 
    A high-intensity training block combining:

    • 30 minutes on the skate treadmill (stride mechanics, speed, and power)

    • 30 minutes on synthetic ice (shooting and puck handling)

    • 30 minutes of plyometric training (explosiveness, agility, and conditioning)


    • Shooting Fundamentals (U9)
      Focus on building a strong foundation in shooting mechanics, puck control, and accuracy for younger players.


    • Irv's Goalie Clinic (U11)
      Position-specific training designed to develop U11 goaltenders with a focus on movement, angles, and game-ready skills.


    • Performance Circuit (1.5 Hours)
      A high-intensity training block combining:
