Team Bookings
A high-intensity training block combining:
30 minutes on the skate treadmill (stride mechanics, speed, and power)
30 minutes on synthetic ice (shooting and puck handling)
30 minutes of plyometric training (explosiveness, agility, and conditioning)
Shooting Fundamentals (U9)
Focus on building a strong foundation in shooting mechanics, puck control, and accuracy for younger players.
Irv's Goalie Clinic (U11)
Position-specific training designed to develop U11 goaltenders with a focus on movement, angles, and game-ready skills.
Performance Circuit (1.5 Hours)
