Friday Elite Skills Skates – Invite Only

We're excited to announce the launch of our Friday Skills-Specific Skates, an invite-only training opportunity designed exclusively for our elite group of players.

These sessions are focused on targeted, high-level skill development, providing players with detailed instruction and feedback in smaller, more specialized settings. Each Friday will feature a unique skill focus tailored to areas of the game that are often overlooked but essential for high-performance athletes.

Program Highlights:

  • Invite-Only Access: Limited to elite players committed to pushing their development.

  • Skill-Specific Focus: Each week will emphasize a different key area — from puck control and shooting mechanics to edgework, deception, and situational awareness.

  • Position-Specific Sessions: Alternating Forward and Defense-specific days to ensure players work on position-appropriate details such as gap control, retrievals, and breakout execution for D, or zone entries, puck protection, and scoring instincts for forwards.

  • High-Intensity, Purpose-Driven Reps: Every drill is designed for real-game application and decision-making under pressure.

These Friday sessions are a great opportunity for dedicated players to refine details that separate good from great — and to compete alongside like-minded athletes striving to elevate their game.
