Additional Development Add ons -
This is not just "extra reps." This is structured, progressive skill development focused on mechanics, power production, and release efficiency.
What's Included:
• Weekly structured shooting session
• Monday session coached by Kris Foucault and Matt MacKenzie
• Video of each session provided for continued post workout sessions
• Access to the Shooting Centre post workout for extra reps
Program Focus:
Power Production
• Lower body load mechanics
• Hip to shoulder separation
• Weight transfer sequencing
• Stick flex utilization
• Shot velocity development
Release Techniques
• Quick release mechanics
• Catch and release timing
• Shooting in stride
• Changing release points
• Deception and puck positioning
• One-touch and one-timer fundamentals
Why This Matters
Most players shoot thousands of pucks with poor sequencing. That builds bad habits faster. This program slows it down, cleans up mechanics, then layers in speed and game application.
Access to Shooting Centre Post Workout
Players can stay after training to apply corrections immediately. Extra reps without structure are wasted reps. Extra reps with purpose accelerate results.
$250.00 per 4-week cycle
